Cozy 3-Room House with Access to Pools and Close to Beach, Sleeps 4

In a peaceful area, in the Plage des Demoiselles area, the Residence Les Mas de Vertmarines is located a few meters from the ocean, a collective swimming pool is open in the summer months. This co-ownership is within a forested and landscaped site.

This rental by the sea includes a living room with television opening onto a terrace, sofa and furniture, an equipped kitchen area (microwave, mini-oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 vitro burners), a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140), and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90), a bathroom.
The advantages of this holiday accommodation: access to the 2 secure heated swimming pools from mid-June to mid-September, garden/terrace with garden furniture. End of stay cleaning included.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Towels : 8.9 €.
- Rental of small bed sheets : 14.9 €.

Agréable séjour

Manque juste une place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence qui est pas du tout pratique pour les bagages. Et ce n'est pas mentionné sur l'annonce. Des ventilateurs seraient un plus par les fortes chaleur. Logement très propre fonctionnel.
