Its dated and certain inexpensive things should be replaced but weren't. You can hear conversations in the next room.It is a clean place and near the highway but its a cheap motel so you get what you pay for.

This is a budget option as far as St. John goes, however, we felt that the condition of the facilities does not merit the price of the rooms. The room had a strange blend of musty smells and that of cleaning supplies. The bed mattress was worn, not firm. The bathroom was small, out of date and had some mildew buildup.

Very clean and pleasant motel. nice sized room. Our room didn't have air conditioning, but with the ceiling fan & windows open, it was not a problem. Staff/owner is very nice.

You really need to freshen everything. Everything looks beyond old. I know this is a cheap place to stay but there are some changes that wouldn't cost too much. But the fellow that runs the place was very friendly and nice.

Everything was cheap ie; toilet paper was so thin you could almost see through it mattress thin, blankets same. Sink had so many cracks I'm surprised it didn't leak. I'd never go back or recommend it
