A pond and small beach with lifeguards are 400 m away in the summer.

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (Senseo coffee machine), small veranda, and separate WC. Upstairs (slightly steep but safe staircase): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm sofa bed) and shower room/WC.
