## Logement
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- two rooms with four single beds ;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area ;
- and a living room to relax after a day of walking.

The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the assets of the apartment is its location. It is located :
- close to many shops, restaurants, cafes and buses;
- close to the train and bus station;
- 8 minutes walk from the Plage du Sillon and the Rocabey Market (every Thursday and Saturday);
- 15 minutes from the Cité Corsaire;
- close to the city center.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the famous places that make the reputation of the city such as :
- the National Fort (17 minutes on foot) ;
- the Corsair's House (6 minutes away by car);
- the Ramparts of Saint-Malo (8 minutes away);
- the Grand Aquarium (11 minutes by car); and many others...

## Emplacement
A stone vessel on the mouth of the Rance River, Saint-Malo proudly erects its ramparts above its beaches and port. The facades and towers emerging from the fortifications give the city its unique silhouette. To approach the city of Saint-Malo, the walkway offers breathtaking views! Accessible on foot, at low tide, the Petit Bé fort and the national fort are in exceptional situations. From these islets, an unforgettable view extends over 360°. On the Grand Bé, you can pay a posthumous visit to the famous Malouin writer Chateaubriand. Other defensive elements to appreciate outside the walls and on land, the fort of the city of Alet and the Solidor Tower. Saint-Servan is also the starting point of a beautiful walk facing the Rance river and the walled city.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement très agréable,on s'y sent bien. Proche intra muros. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la vaisselle qui laisse a désirer. poêles et casseroles très abimées qui mériteraient d'être changées. place de parking en sous-sol pratique mais il serait bien que le propriétaire enlève sa moto car l'espace est étroit et difficile de se garer sur la place sans dépasser quand on a une grande voiture. nous avons eu un message sur notre voiture d'un résident comme quoi nous génions le passage.
