Studio located in the heart of Saint-Servan sur Mer
On the second floor of a quiet building with no elevator
Exposure to the rising sun, pleasant to live in heat.
Two windows with interior shutters.
Street giving access to the Bas sablons beach (150m)
and also at the marina.
10 minutes on foot from the Corsair city intra muros.

15 min from the beaches in the train path.
10 min from the city of Aleth. (Solidor Tower)

Parfait pour se balader à pied, tout est proche : plage,commerces,ville fortifiée. L appartement est très bien équipé et parfait pourx2 personnes. L environnement est calme et la Bretagne toujours belle.

J'ai passé un séjour très agreable. On peut visiter tout les sites (intra muros et Aleth) à St. Malo à pied. Le studio est calme. Le propriétaire est très sympa.

Appartement saint servan

Proche de toutes les commodités, cet appartement est dans une rue calme. J ai apprécié mon séjour durant lequel j ai pu visiter saint malo intra-muros, dinart, dinan, cancale et le mont saint michel très facilement depuis la location. Par ailleurs, le propriétaire est agréable et très réactif. Une très bonne semaine. J y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Notre séjour à Saint-Malo

Lors de notre arrivée au rendez-vous, nous avons été bien reçu, l'appartement est conforme à nos attentes par rapport au descriptif et photos, celui-ci se trouve à 10/15 mn à pied de la citée corsaire. Aucune remarque sur la propreté des lieux. Nous saurons où aller lorsque nous reviendrons à Saint Malo. bien cordialement.

Séjour très agréable au centre de St.Malo

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à St.Malo. Les locataires de la propriété sont très accueillants et attentionnés. L'appartement est petit, mais meublé avec beaucoup de goût et idéal pour des vacances à deux. Le logement est situé au centre de Saint-Servan, un quartier vivant de St.Malo. Une très belle promenade au bord de la mer mène de l'appartement à l'Intra-Muros (15mn à pied). Nous n' hésiterions pas à y refaire un séjour.
