In the very centre of the old town.

The owner is very helpful, she even leant us her pass for the underground car park. The apartment is right in the middle of the old town, is very quiet and has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Liliane sent terrific directions to the apartment, met us at the door, explained everything. Fuĺly stocked apartment, exceptionally clean, centrally located. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet, well equipped flat close to cathedral and excellent boulangerie. Owner extremely helpful and responds quickly to emails.

Fabulous apartment with a wonderful host

We were lucky to find this apartment in the St Malo Intramuros area. It was modern and had everything we needed. Being right in the city centre meant you could explore everything by foot in this very charming city. There is much to see and do in St Malo and a trip to Mont St Michel is a must. This review would not be complete without mentioning Liliane our host - she was super helpful with information. She picked us up from the train station and went out of her way to drop us off at the airport in Dinard on our last day for which we are very appreciative. if we returned here again we would choose to stay here.

Compact but comfortable apartment in fantastic location.

Liliane's apartment is in the heart of the intra muros. It is on the second floor of a small traditional apartment house and comprises a light and open plan living area, small bedroom and shower room. It also has the benefit of a small balcony with just enough space for a little table and two chairs. It is perfect for one or two people and well equipped too with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Liliane is very friendly and helpful was able to supply us with a pass for a car park just 5 mins walk away with in/out privileges for just 6 euro a day. This was great value as parking can be in excess of 20 euro per day in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and St Malo itself. So many food options and beautiful beaches as well as the great architecture. I recommend a day trip to Dinan too which is stunning.

Un séjour ideal à Saint-Malo intra-muros

Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez visiter Saint-Malo Intra-muros. La localisation est parfaite, à quelques minutes de superbes restaurants et de la plage. L'appartement se situe au deuxième étage, avec la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la cour, sinon un parking souterrain à quelques minutes à pied est proposé ce qui est idéale. L'appartement est très propre et très bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La propriétaire a été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée malgré qu'on soit arrivé très tard car nous venions en voiture depuis Paris. De plus, la propriétaire a été très réactive pendant notre séjour.

We en amoureux à saint Malo

Un we très sympathique au cœur de la coté corsaire.L’appartement est très bien situé et bien agencé, et d’une propreté exemplaire. La propriétaire est serviable et accueillante. Dommage que le propriétaire du dessus ait usé et abusé de sa perceuse pendant le séjour, tôt le matin comme tard le soir. Nous aurions apprécié un lit en 160 dans la chambre et peut être une machine à café à capsules.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de fin d'annee a St Malo. L'appartement reservé etait extrêmement bien situé, près de la cathédrale et à 5 minutes des remparts, très propre et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est adorable, très accueillante et attentionnée. C'etait d'ailleurs notre ²2ème séjour chez elle.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très propre et joliment décoré et refait à neuf, literie parfaite, hyper centre, tout à proximité. Il ne manque rien. Il y a aussi la place de parking inclus dans le tarif, ce qui est un réel plus du fait qu'il est difficile de trouver une place de stationnement lorsqu'il y a du monde. La propriétaire est adorable.

Perfect in every way

Mitten im Herzen von Saint-Malo

Eine tolle geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mitten im Geschehen, entspricht genau den Bildern. Tagsüber Fußgängerzone und Abends bis Mittags eine relativ wenig befahrene Straße - der Lärm ist also mäßig. Sieht man leider nicht auf den Bildern und hat uns positiv überrascht: Der kleine Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch. Ein besonderes plus ist die kostenfreie Nutzung des Parkhauses keine 5 Minuten entfernt außerhalb der Stadtmauern (reichlich Ladestationen für dein E-Auto sind vorhanden) - eine Karte für die Schranke erhältst Du bei der Übergabe. Hier empfiehlt es sich auch bereits vor der Wohnungsübergabe zu parken, das Fahren innerhalb der Stadtmauer ist tagsüber mehr als abenteuerlich :) Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Tage in Saint-Malo

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der tollen, sauberen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung im Herzen der Stadt von Saint-Malo. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von Liliane und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super und auch wichtig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und angenehm.

Superbe appartement

L'appartement est joli et d'une propreté impeccable. L'hôte est agréable et on sent qu'elle aime recevoir car tout est arrangé dans son appartement pour qu'on puisse s'y sentir bien et trouver tout ce dont on a besoin.
