Le Hauban We had a lovely time at this apartment and would definitely come back. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. It was a real home from home. Thank you to Audrey too, who was responsive and helpful and welcoming. The location is great - right in the heart of everything, and easy to shop and eat and also very close to beautiful beaches.

Le Hauban "Bel appartement tout confort pour profiter pleinement de St Malo. 🙂 Bel appartement spacieux, très agréable et bien équipé, bonne disposition des pièces. Il est très bien situé au centre de St Malo intramuros, ses remparts, restaurants et plages, tout en étant proche des transports et routes d'accès. Très calme et bien isolé, on n'entend quasiment rien de la rue ni dans l'immeuble. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. 🙁 L'accueil pour la remise des clés était courtois mais très bref et sommaire, on avait l'impression que la personne ne connaissait pas l'appartement elle-même et n'a donné aucune explication sur le fonctionnement des équipements et appareils. Le code QR donne accès à des conseils génériques pour plusieurs appartements différents. Oreillers un peu moyens et nombre insuffisant de couvertures de lit supplémentaires, surtout que l'on a eu de petits soucis avec le chauffage et la machine à café. Dans l'ensemble cela n'a pas gaché notre séjour."

La situation dans la veille ville. il a été facile de trouver un parking (mois de février). Je recommande 🙁 Le parquet grince vraiment fort même en marchant avec des chaussettes !!! l'isolation phonique (on entends bien les voisins) la caution de 400 euros qui est débité et recredité 8 jours après le départ."

Nous conseillons. 🙁 La personne ne nous a pas expliqué qu'il fallait aussi régler la température du chauffage sur l'appareil lui-même, en plus du thermostat général et des radiateurs. On a eu froid la première soirée. Les piles de la télécommande du lecteur DVD avaient fuitées (pas utilisées depuis longtemps). Pas trouvé de notice pour le four."
