You will feel at home in this large apartment classified 3 *, completely renovated (bright and quiet) in a modern and warm atmosphere.

Discover the Corsair City and enjoy a quiet stay in a spacious apartment close to everything.

Perfectly equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, TV and washing machine) and tastefully furnished, you will appreciate its large living room friendly and ideal for relaxing.

This accommodation, spacious and equipped with 2 bedrooms, corresponds to families or friends by its potential of 6 beds. Thanks to its glass roof, an office or games area can be adapted to your needs.

From the apartment, you will do everything on foot, by its location close to the media library and the train station, 10 minutes from the Sillon Beach, 12 minutes from Intra Muros and 15 minutes from St Servan.
You also have in the street, just a few steps, a bakery, banks, restaurants (Le Relais d'Alsace) or quick restorations (pizzas ...), a supermarket "Casino Shop", an electric bike rental "Mobilect ".
You can also rent classic bikes with "Loc'malouine" which delivers at home.

If you like markets, Rocabey is located, located 800m from the apartment, open air and under covered halls. Many merchants are present every Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00 (until 12:00 in low season: from 16/09 to 30/04).
