A great surprise for us was the path, just at the end of the garden, who takes you on a beautiful trip around the mountain. "The location is exactly as described. With that said we had many plus and minuses about the property. The description of luxury gave us a different impression than reality. The pictures give make the apartment look fabulous. The apartment served our family and friends well. Very close to town and had it been winter the ski in and out feature would have been more assable. Spring skiing made skiing in and out difficult and we ended up driving to the gondola everyday, (walking down and up the hill"

"So I get it that if you own an apartment in a popular ski resort, you don't have to kit it out like other accomodation but it did feel a bit like this. A weird and less-than-helpful selection of kitchen equipment and no oven (I'm sure the listing mentioned this but I didn't notice that and self-catering for a week with just a hob and microwave is a bit limiting) made for frustrating catering. My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier.
