「Petite maison sympathique mais il faudrait investir dans la climatisation et dans le wifi car nous n’avions que quelques chaînes de télévision. En ce qui concerne la piscine, faire un livret d’entretien pour les locataires et investir dans un aspirateur de fond. Pour la cuisine, investir dans un micro onde car aucun moyen de réchauffer les plats, et renouveler la batterie de cuisine (poêle, casserole…) et en augmenter le nombre.」
