“There are no beaches close by (Reggae Beach is closed), the property is run down (roof tiles falling off on the parking lot), despite being for adults only there were at least 6 kids screaming and wining in the pool when arrived and teenagers until 10:00 in there too, cockroaches in the condo. The swimming area requires to wear water shoes, rocks and pebbles bottom. Fortunately we had a car to visit other beaches and to go to Ocho Rios.”

“My stay at splashing views was perfect. The host was attentive but not intrusive. He clearly communicated check in instructions and WiFi details etc ahead of our arrival. He was also kind enough to check on us the next day to make sure we arrived safely. The house was immaculately clean. With all necessary appliances, plus an air fryer and sandwich maker. The photos doesn't do the rooms justice. They are much bigger in real life. It's super accessible just off the main road, and safe with 24 hrs……

“Lester was accommodating and picked us up & dropped us off at the bus depot. Unfortunately, the WIFI was very bad. We had to keep asking him to reset the router. The poor WIFI/lack of it crashed the operating system on the brand new computer that I bought for the trip. It will cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. Although we were lacking some amenities, Lester brought us pool towels, extra towels and a couple of other kitchen necessities. Nice property with a pool, small bay on the beach. No view……

“A very picturesque and beautiful location with well maintained grounds. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. It is exactly as presented on Expedia. A minor irritation was the air conditioner in the second bedroom (close to the entrance door) was stuck in “Eco” mode and would only operate for about a minute and shut off…the ceiling fan was not much help with 34+oC weather outside. Otherwise, a wonderful place and experience plus the host was easily accessible and very friendly.”
