We thought there was an issue with the air con and switched it off. However the issue continued throughout the night. Pity as the hotel was really good , clean and staff helpful"

The only reason that I didn’t award it 5 stars is because when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, even though it was later than the book in time ……. Probably just unlucky."
