Charming Chalet

Very convenient, clean, and charming chalet-style accommodation on a private lot with a few similar structures. Very helpful staff. Only "complaint" was that the water tank (which is above the toilet) continually made a dripping sound all day. Since this is next to the bedroom, it was annoying at night.

Le chalet est très bien, propreté impeccable, accueil par le propriétaire excellent. Endroit très paisible proche de nombreuses activités dans un périmètre raisonnable (visite de site, rando, canoë)

Leuk huisje, prima locatie.

Aangenaam verblijf. Fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Lekker stil en behoorlijk wat ruimte tussen de verschillende huisjes. Het huisje is niet groot. De douchecabine is erg klein en in de slaapkamer beneden is de ruimte tussen bed en muur smal. Boven is het één grote ruimte met drie bedden. De tweepits kookplaat in de keukenhoek is elektrisch: warmt dus langzaam op en laat zich slecht regelen. Magnetron en oven beschikbaar als alternatief.

Très bien situé pour effectuer de belles promenades de belles découvertes, endroit très calme, location très propre literie parfaite rien ne manque accueil parfait, nous avons passé une semaine extra, aucune critique, tout a été parfait.

Alles gut

Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wandermöglichkeit gibt es praktisch ab Hütte. Zum Einkaufen (auch Baguettes) muss man mit dem Auto los. Ein Restaurant befindet sich im Ort mit Tagesmenü (nicht probiert) und abends mit nur Pizza, die aber so richtig gut ist! Wir hatte eine von 6 Hütten, die sehr sauber war. Bauseitig hatte jemand gut überlegt, wie man das Notwendige mit den Nützlichen verbinden kann. Die Familie Rasera liebt die Unterkünfte, merkt man auch an Details in der Hütte.

Superbe séjour de 2 semaines, rien à dire ! Tout simplement très bien!

Un endroit calme, respectueux vis à vis de l'environnement à tous les niveaux, un accueil chaleureux par Mathieu Rasera. Beaucoup de promenades à faire dans les environs et autant de lieux à visiter dans un rayon de 20 à 30 km. Que du positif... Merci !

Veel zonuren, tot zonsondergang staat de zon recht op de veranda te schijnen.

Prima lokatie met veel ruimte en rust. Dorpen in de omgeving lijken helaas wel een beetje verlaten. Maar dat is in deze streek geen uitzondering. Een barretje tegenover de kerk biedt vertier. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt!

Beautiful area

The chalet was very nice situated, in the middle if nature and at a short distance from Avallon, Vezelay and the caves. The chalet was simple but clean en very well heated, it was October so that was a nice luxury.

Location intéressante pour ceux qui aiment la nature, le calme et le bon vin

Points positifs : - Très bon accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires - chalet en pleine nature - mi septembre, le terrain comportant les 6 chalets était silencieux jour et nuit - espace entre les chalets suffisants - emplacement voiture par chalet mais si soleil possibilité sur le terrain de trouver coin ombragé - chalet bien équipé, on y vit bien à 4 personnes. - le chalet était propre et l'heure d'accueil a été souple Points qui peuvent poser problème - cabine de douche étroite selon corpulence mais compte tenu de la surface de la SdB difficile de faire mieux - ressenti de certains maxima/minima en température extérieure. Ex : durant notre séjour très froid le matin (7 à 9°) et chaud certains am (28°). - éloignement des commerces. On comprend ce qu'est un désert à la campagne. Il faut donc bien s'organiser. Ex. Épicerie et dépôts de pain à 3 km. Supermarché à 13 km... - en matière touristique les lieux de visite sont parfois éloignés et on fait vite des km. Idem sur les types de curiosités touristiques souvent les mêmes selon les endroits comme beaucoup d'abbayes/monastères. Sinon quelques grottes intéressantes et quelques châteaux. En fait, Morvan et nord et est de la Bourgogne valent le détour pour les randonnées à pied touristiques.

Ontspannen en rustig verblijf in een heerlijke omgeving

De ontvangst is uitstekend. Matthieu, de eigenaar, is vriendelijk en staat klaar als het nodig is. De accommodatie ligt in een heerlijke omgeving, met zeer goede fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden. Het huisje is schoon en het is praktisch ingericht en alles wat je nodig kunt hebben is er. De wifi laat nog erg te wensen over, is erg instabiel. De bank in de zitruimte is heel erg slecht. Lijkt wel versleten en het doet gewoon pijn om er langere tijd op te zitten. Het bed is wat hard, maar na een paar dagen wen je er aan. De douche is weliswaar klein, maar uitstekend. Kortom, een prima verblijf met een paar aandachtspunten.

Petit séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable dans un de ces superbes chalets. Accueil très sympathique, tout nous est expliqué à l'arrivée, des activités à faire aux alentours selon nos envies, jusqu'à l'accompagnement au chalet, qui est d'ailleurs spacieux, propre, on s'y sent tout de suite bien dedans. Cuisine super bien équipée, chambre juste ce qu'il faut, petite terrasse agréable et un petit terrain d'herbe où notre chien a pu se dégourdir les pattes :) Si je dois vraiment dire un point négatif ce serait la douche, un peu petite quand on est grand mais on s'y fait très rapidement :) Si l'on recherche un chalet pour nos séjours, je pense qu'on y reviendra sans hésiter et surtout on recommande ce lieu. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.
