Mixed experience

In all a good holiday, but spoilt by minor issues. When asked about our arrival time we requested that we leave our cases at the property to have room to go shopping before our occupancy time. This was refused. We identified a broken shower and faulty air conditioning unit and waited until the Monday to report. Shower was fixed on last day of stay and air conditioning unit remained unfixed. The heat in the bedroom meant poor and uncomfortable sleeping. We were asked what time we planned to leave. We replied that the guest house would be available for cleaning on the Friday, and the last to leave would be CC 11.00am on Saturday. No thanks for allowing early cleaning of the Guest house and a curt reminder to vacate by 10am. So we had the felling of being tollerated rather than welcome.

Spacieux et fonctionnel

Des espaces bien agencés qui ont permis a nos quatre familles de co habiter agréablement. De beaux espaces extérieurs bien entretenus et sans danger pour les plus petits .Une piscine trÚsappréciée.es.

Den moderna designen var perfekt för vÄr stora grupp, och att ha sex sovrum innebar att alla hade sitt eget utrymme, Den privata poolen var en höjdpunkt - perfekt för avkoppling efter en dag av utforskning av den vackra Aquitaine-regionen, TrÀdgÄrden var underbar, och vi njöt av att grilla pÄ kvÀllarna, Dessutom gjorde nÀrheten till Bergerac flygplats vÄr ankomst enkel, Rekommenderas starkt för familjesammankomster eller gruppresor!

TrÚs agréable séjour

Propriété conforme aux photos jointes, agréable et spacieuse. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Vaste espace extérieur fleuri et bien entretenu. La personne chargée du ménage et de l'accueil est charmante. Par contre, la taille des lits ne correspond pas au descriptif dans la petite maison (lits de 140 * 190). Nous y avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour.

Best place we’ve stayed in the region. We had a great holiday, the houses were good, aircon for when it was hot, and a brilliant pool that was beautifully maintained. The location was perfect for vignobles and visiting beautiful bastides and markets. Good and prompt communications with the owners. Can’t praise it highly enough.

Super leuk domein! We hadden beide huisjes, waardoor we het zwembad volledig voor ons zelf hadden. Zeer net en alles was aanwezig. Alles was netjes geregeld bij onze aankomst. Ook de omgeving is de moeite. Voor de bakker moest je 's morgens wel even rijden naar Bergerac, maar daar had je alles voorhanden. Zeer geslaagde vakantie!!

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad! Het hoofdverblijf was netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Het kleinere huis was schoon, maar wel wat muf. Verder hebben we genoten van het zwembad en de riante tuin. Een minpuntje vonden we de ontvangst, we werden zeer kort te woord en misten een map met algemene informatie over het huis, Wi-Fi code e.d. Verder werden problemen tijdens onze vakantie zoals (lekkage en stroomuitval) prima opgelost! Al met al een fijne vakantie gehad in een mooi huis!
