"Appartement tres bien situé, début mai le chauffage général est coupé(normal ), un chauffage d'appoint est présent mais pas assez puissant pour chauffer l'appart .juste limite. Et je pense que le proprio ne doit pas y aller tres souvent car des bouteilles de sirop sont périmées depuis plus de 10 ans.
