“J'avais réservé 4 jours dans un gîte pour 4 personnes.J'ai payé, et j'ai reçu la confirmation et l'adresse.
Le lundi, on se presente chez le propriétaire et le gîte était occupé pour tout le mois d'octobre.
À 19hrs nous n'avions pas un toit pour dormir.
En ce moment je suis en train de désinstaller l'appli et je croise les doigts pour avoir un remboursement.”

“Kolawolé’s apartment is wonderful. It is clean, well-equipped and easy to access. The biggest highlights were the beautiful park the apartment is set in - with a free splash park, playgrounds, football area and pretty gardens. The apartment itself was great for us - we especially appreciated the blackout window shutters which made for great sleep, the travel cot with a comfy thick mattress and the manuals that helped us use oven etc. Even when the heat outside was nearly 35 degrees the apartment……
