Please note that the first floor of this house is occupied, so you will only have access to the ground floor and outside.

- A 30 m² terrace facing south and south-west, shaded and furnished to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Palais, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting on the edge of the village. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

An ideal place for exploring, you'll have the chance to explore the area on foot or by bike, taking advantage of the many footpaths in the canton or the mountains of the Basque Country, just a short drive away.

If you'd like to discover the region, this flat is a great base from which to explore the coast, taking a 1-hour drive along the roads to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz... and their famous beaches where surfing and a festive atmosphere go hand in hand!
