「We (retired Brit couple) have stayed at Val Moret many times over 20 years or so. Dinner at the restaurant is always a highlight and the most recently acquired chef has increased the already delicious standards. Rooms are clean and comfortable, all one needs for a night’s journey stopover. (I suspect few people book a week’s holiday here but a few nights would be entirely reasonable). 「C'est la deuxième fois que nous y revenons et par envie et non par dépit :) Nous y sommes tout simplement bien ! Le seul bémol : quand il fait tres chaud, il n'y a qu'un ventilateur ; 1 petite clim aurait été la bienvenue !」
