「Well, my locked car was broken into inside the locked and 'secure' hotel parking garage. Laptop and other items stolen. Not cool. The parking garage is owned by another company, which has less than stellar customer service - it is impossible to get a call back from them. It appears the entrance to the parking garage also doubles as a public restroom for quite a few individuals. The hotel rooms were okay. The hot tub did not work. The pool was really nasty looking and very cold. Would not stay...

「Very disgusted in the state of our room/ property. There were huge stains on the sofa in the common area. There were large holes 8-10” in the blinds from sun rot, stains on the ceiling and the room showed a lot of wear with nicks and gouges in the wood. We shared a bathroom but the towels were left in the bathroom and there were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 4 rooms. This was a BED and BREAKFAST but the host asked us to pay $40 extra for breakfast. He said it was only included in...

「I guess technically might not be the hotels fault but there was a barking dog that kept us up all night. Security did come but they didn’t get them or the dog to stop barking until approx 8am. We only got a couple hours of sleep and we were to drive back to South eastern Wisconsin.」
