Apartment of 56 m2, located on the 1st floor of an old building of character, completely renovated, very comfortable and very well equipped, located in the heart of the town of Saint Pierre d'Oléron, 2 steps from the pedestrian streets, the market, and all shops.
It is the ideal place for your holidays in an island full of charm and surprises. Located 5 kms from the beaches, accessible by cycle paths and shuttle in summer, in the heart of the bustling city center, in a quiet and non-busy street.
It will be the start of beautiful walks in the marshes located nearby.
The living room, spacious and bright, through light, with bay window overlooking the shaded balcony, adjoining kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and all essential utensils.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, situé au centre de l'île d'Oléron. Fanny nous a accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée et s'est adaptée à nos horaires. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, il est propre, lumineux et calme. La terrasse est également agréable pour se détendre, et sans vis-à-vis. La literie est parfaite. L'équipement est complet, il ne nous a rien manqué (sauf peut-être une ou deux serviettes de toilette d'un format intermédiaire, mais c'est un détail relatif aux cheveux longs). Situé à deux pas de la rue piétonne, dans une rue fermée à la circulation en journée, facile d'accès, l'appartement au coeur de St-Pierre-d'Oléron permet de visiter l'île sans problème. Marc est disponible en cas de besoin et a su répondre rapidement à notre demande. En bref, c'est un 10/10 pour cet appartement et son propriétaire. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir et peut-être reviendrons-nous, qui sait?

L'appartement correspond à la description de l'annonce. Il est moderne juste ce qu'il faut, fonctionnel, bien équipé et parfaitement propre.La literie est confortable.Les petits plus que nous avons appréciés, la terrasse pour prendre les petits déjeuner le matin notamment et l'emplacement à 2 doigts du centre ville sans les nuisances sonores et comme il y a une place privée de parking, il n'y a pas de problème pour se garer !Bon accueil de Fanny qui se charge des arrivées et des départs.

Perfekt ausgestattete schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, perfekt ausgestattete ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Besonders gut hat uns der große Balkon gefallen, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man immer zwischen Sonne und Schatten wechseln konnte. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind alle wichtigen Einrichtungen, wie Bank, Restaurants und Läden zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in Staint Piere vom 01.-08.10,2022

Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Hauptgeschäftsstrasse und es war kein Verkehrlärm zu hören. Toll!!! Der dazugehörige Parkplatz machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung besticht durch eine sehr beeindruckende Küchenausstattung, ferner ist die Raumaufteilung optimal und die Räume sind alle mit Heizkörpern ausgestattet.

Ideaal op één punt na

Het appartement is perfect uitgerust en gezellig ingericht. Het balkon is een meerwaarde (vanaf de middag in de schaduw). Op zich was het appartement ideaal gelegen. In het centrum van het stadje en toch rustig. Alleen hebben we 's nachts heel veel last gehad van het lawaai van de overburen (luide muziek, luidruchtige feestjes). Dat heeft ons minstens 5 keer (op twee weken) tot drie uur 's nachts uit onze slaap gehouden.

Das Apartment war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Moderne Inneneinrichtung mit einem langen, über die gesamte Länge des Apartments reichenden Balkon. Sehr gute Schlafzimmer. Wohnraum, Küchen- und Sanitärbereiche sind hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist auch erwähnenswert. Ebenso ist die sehr freundliche und kompetente Hausverwaltung erwähnenswert. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem großen Balkon mit Morgensonne und Abendsonne, aber keiner heißen Mittagssonne. Dadurch sehr angenehm. Sehr schöne neue Küche, der es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Bequemes Sofa im Wohnbereich und zwei Zimmern mit je zwei Betten auf denen man gut schlafen kann. Freundliche und kompetente Betreuung vor Ort durch Mitarbeiterin Myriam. Gesamturteil: TOP!

rien à redire : bon contact avec le propriétaire, super accueil malgré notre heure tardive. L appartement est superbe. Lumineux, beau et grand balcon. Appartement très soigné et bien situé.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement à la décoration raffinée et parfaitement équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite « comme à la maison ». L’accueil par Myriam est irréprochable et très sympathique. L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal : dans une petite rue au calme, parking privé et à 2 pas du centre et des rues piétonnes de Saint-Pierre. Nous recommandons vivement la location de Marc qui est à la fois extrêmement bien située et très agréable. L'aménagement comme la décoration sont très appréciables et l'on s'y sens rapidement très à l'aise. L'accueil très pro et le petit cadeau de bienvenu très attentionné. Bref, un très bon plan !

J'ai tout de suite senti à l'arrivée que cet appartement n'était pas un simple lieu de vacances de passage : en effet, il est très bien équipé (tout est là pour bien cuisiner mais pas seulement), tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien, ce qui a été notre cas, c'est une adresse que je garde précieusement car elle présente en outre l'avantage d'être très bien placée (dans le centre névralgique de St Pierre) et de posséder une terrasse ainsi qu'une place de parking.
