Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable, on s'y est tout de suite bien senti, elle est parfaitement aménagée pour une (ou deux) grande famille avec beaucoup de couchages à disposition, une cuisine très bien équipée, et de beaux espaces à l'extérieur. Parfaitement située en face des cabanes ostréicoles (devenues notre cantine...), et à deux pas de la plage de Fort Royer peu fréquentée et une mer calme pour les petits, la piste cyclable qui débute au bout la rue et à quelques petites minutes à pied de Boyardville avec beaucoup de commerces, services et restaurants de qualité. Accueil par Camille et communication générale avec Nadine au top, merci! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Maison formidablement située avec une vue sur mer et les maisonnettes ostréicoles. Le grand jardin clôturée a été un magnifique terrain de jeux pour enfants et chiens . La terrasse aménagée avec bains de soleil et salon de jardin un très bel endroit pour se détendre .La proximité de la ville de boyardville permet de tout faire à pied ou à vélo .La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manquait !Nadine est très réactive et facilitante. Nous avons été accueilli par Camille qui a été aussi d'une grande aide pour l appréciation des lieux et de l'île.Nous reviendrons c est certain !

Avons apprécié le jardin l'emplacement idéal au calme et face à la réserve naturelle et très proche du village et de l'animation, super bien équipé pour la cuisine, bonne literie, maison très agréable nous étions 11 et chacun avait son espace. Austern und Ruhe

Wir waren zu zweit für 1 Woche mit meinem Hund in der Unterkunft. In der Unterkunft findet sich alles was man als Selbstversorger braucht, die Küche ist zwar nicht die neueste, aber komplett eingerichtet. Wer keinen Wert auf Schischi legt, der ist hier richtig. Ein typisch französisches Ferienhaus in einer super ruhigen Lage, direkt gegenüber mit einer Austern Degustation! In das Dorf Boyard sind es auch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß, die Lage ist wirklich toll! Die Insel selbst ist eine echte Naturoase, es gibt viele schöne Plätze und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf den vielen Märkten sind großartig!!! Fast nur regionale und super leckere Produkte! Und nicht zu vergessen, ein sehr charmanter 9 Loch Golfplatz um die Ecke, gut spielbar aber auch nicht einfach und das direkt am Meer! Unser Urlaub hat sich definitif gelohnt!!!

Séjour très agréable

Très agréable semaine passée dans cette résidence. Accueil chaleureux, bien détaillé à la fois en amont de notre arrivée ainsi que dans le livret où tout est réexpliqué. Notre hôte Nadine (et ses filles) reste disponible et à notre écoute tout au long du séjour. La maison est cozy, tout en étant bien équipée, proche de tout commerce, et de la plage. Elle a répondu à toutes nos attentes, et a permis aussi bien aux adultes et aux enfants de se détendre et de s'amuser. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons sur l'île d'Oléron.

Une très belle maison dans un emplacement magique

Tout est dit dans le titre (ou presque), le lieu où est située la maison est juste sublime, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour les grands groupes, les lits sont confortables, on a vraiment rien eu à redire mais c'est vraiment le cadre qui rend l'endroit magique. Merci Nadine et Norbert!

15 jours très agréables dans cette propriété, bien située, rien ne manquait. Bon accueil de la part d'une personne très à l'écoute et très réactive. Le seul petit bémol vient du succès de l'endroit qui est du coup très fréquenté avec un passage incessant de voitures.
