Discover this bright 90 m² house on two levels, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Take advantage of the small 30 m² courtyard with its table and relaxation area for convivial moments.

This rental comprises :

- an open-plan living area with a lounge opening onto the terrace and a dining room,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a ground-floor bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- an air-conditioned bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140cm),
- an upstairs bedroom with two single beds,
- bathroom with shower,
- two separate WCs,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, stereo system, Wifi, books,
- parking space in front of the house.
The terrace and one of the bedrooms on the first floor overlook a busy (and rather noisy) street.

## Notes

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25e
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44e
You will also be charged a Swikly service fee during deposit validation.
After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.
