Cozy Ground Floor Apartment with Terraces, Near Le Puy-en-Velay and Golf, Sleeps 4

Located on the ground floor of the owners' house, this single-storey apartment is spacious and practical. With its small terraces, you will enjoy a pleasant and flowery outdoor space while enjoying the tranquility of a shared enclosed plot (200 m² private to the gîte).

Nearby: golf course 5 km away, St-Julien-Chapteuil 8 km away (church, Jules Romains museum, Neyzac mills, weekly market, all shops and services), Le Puy-en-Velay 12 km away (historical site, cathedral, cloister, old town, dyke and St-Michel chapel, museums, departure point for the St-Jacques de Compostelle path). Direct entrance via the sheltered terrace: living room-kitchen (TV, sofa bed, Wi-Fi Internet), 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed and 1 90 bed, shower room with WC.

Baby equipment on request: bed, high chair.

Continue without crossing St-Germain. .At the roundabout at Saint Germain, take the direction of Saint Julien Chapteuil, go about 2 km and turn left towards the village of Marnhac, go about 500 m then in a hairpin bend turn right towards Tournecol. The cottage is 50 m further on the left 6, route de La Yample.
