Port Fréjus: Residence "Le Capitole", 7 storeys. 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. In the complex: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 20 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Oasis" 300 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 2 km, sandy beach "Fréjus", diving center 50 m. Sports harbour 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, minigolf 3 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km, St Cassien 25 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 8 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.
1-room studio 28 m2 on 5th floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Terrace 4 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 29 (roofed), width 245 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
