This charming and comfortable apartment is perfect for a tourist or professional stay.
It is 25 square meters, has a balcony and can accommodate up to 2 people.
You will love its location near the Agay district (16 minutes walk) and its attractions (beach, port, cafes, stores).

Warm and well appointed, it includes:
- a cupboard bed in the living room
- a shower room ;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area ;
You will particularly appreciate the furnished balcony with which you will be able to take your aperitifs in peace.

The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Fan. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

One of the assets of the apartment is its location. It is located :
- close to all amenities (restaurant, brewery, pizzeria, spar, hairdresser, bus and butcher's shop at the bottom of the residence) ;
- close to the hypercenter.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to visit the most famous places of the city such as
- the Bonaparte Garden and the Archaeological Museum of Saint-Raphael (18 minutes by car);
- the Louis De Funès Museum and the Notre-Dame-de-la-Victoire Basilica (19 minutes away);
- the Veillat Beach (17 minutes away); and many others...

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, waterside walks, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden.

Très joli appartement, très fonctionnel. Excellent emplacement, proche de tout. Piscine très agréable. Nous avons padsé un très bon séjour. Dommage que le balcon ait été un peu encombré et que les lavettes du balai aient été sales.
