Property Summary
Le Village Cap Estérel - L'Esquinade is a large resort built in 1990, situated on the outskirts of Agay, approximately 2 km from the town center. This holiday rental property is located on a slope in a residential district, 900 meters from the sea and beach. The property offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, tennis court, EV charging station, and the option for an installment plan. It is part of a larger complex that features a shared park spanning 210 hectares and five swimming pools (available seasonally from April 6 to November 3).

Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of the complex provide ample opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. There is a children's pool, boccia courts, and a children's playground equipped with slides and swings. Guests can enjoy the expansive 210-hectare park shared among the resort. You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that spans 39 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. The living room features a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as a TV with a flat screen. The living room provides access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. There is also a shower room with a toilet. On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, which also has access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a sleeping alcove with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long. A separate bathroom with a toilet is also available on this floor.

Amenities Included
The apartment offers several amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You will have access to a small roofed terrace measuring 4 square meters and a larger terrace spanning 25 square meters, both equipped with outdoor furniture. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and an iron for your convenience. Wi-Fi internet access is available at an additional cost. A reserved parking space (number 2559) is provided, which is roofed and can accommodate one car with a maximum height of 180 cm.
