Check-in ohne Probleme, simpel und einfach. Küche grosszügig und praktisch. Zimmer sind tiptop, Türen etwas mühsam. Pool, Terrasse und Hausumgebung toll! Nah an Leclerc (6 min Auto) und Bäckerei (zu Fuss 9 min). Mit Eigentümerin sehr nette Korrespondenz. Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, es stehen Ventilatoren da. Alles in Allem sehr schön. Würden wieder kommen falls es sich ergibt.

Vacances de rêve

C'est une magnifique villa, très, très propre et très bien entretenue. Calme et spacieuse, aucun problème pour se garer car la cour est très grande. 5 minutes en voiture pour faire les achats. La piscine est splendide et très propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et de bon conseil. Fully up to expectations.

This villa was as good as I had hoped. Lovely quiet location. Owners gave detailed notes on everything and have clearly made a big effort to make renters happy. Super pool which is just the right size. All the facilities you need.

Quel beau séjour ! Nous reviendrons ! La maison est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Le ménage est impeccable ! Il est appréciable d'avoir les draps, les serviettes et le le ménage compris dans le prix. Elle est située au calme et proche pourtant de tout. L'extérieur est superbe ! Très belle piscine, cuisine extérieure avec barbecue...

Lovely Villa in quiet surroundings

We spent a week in the house and enjoyed the house itself - spacious for a family of two adult and two kids (7 and 9 years) From the balcony you had sun from early morning to early night and could even get a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. The pool and the pool area stood out as excellent, great size if the pool, however it’s best suited for kids who can swim as it is mostly deep. We only had a 10 min drive to harbour and the beach and it’s also a nice walk down to the harbour. We had great communication with the host and felt very welcomed. A great stay

Très agréable, villa et environs magnifiques

De notre arrivée à notre départ nous avons très bien été accueillis par Victoria et son compagnon, la villa est sublime, les pièces et chambres sont grandes, fonctionnelles, propres et très agréable a vivre. Côté extérieur beaucoup d'espace, le jardin est décoré avec goût avec de jolies statues ici et là, une belle végétation et ce grand palmier magnifique, la piscine est grande, profonde et agréable, petit bémol côté entretien car nous n'avons pas vu le pisciniste et la piscine méritait d'être nettoyée mais rien de rebutoire. De plus le côté bar extérieur et d'ailleurs l'ensemble de l'extérieur mériterait une réhabilitation car pas d'électricité a part une prise reliée à la maison avec une rallonge ( un peu dangereux avec la piscine juste a côté) des dalles de piscines vieillissantes, certaines marches d'escaliers cassées, le côté jardin/forêt en friche, aucun éclairage le soir si ce n'est des leds peu efficaces et d'autres petits détails qui améliorerait l'impression générale mais il semble que quelques travaux soient en cours selon les propriétaires et une fois faits la villa n'en sera que plus belle. Cependant nous avons passé un séjour de rêve car l'essentiel est là, le standing, l'emplacement, la vue, l'environnement exceptionnels, nous recommandons et nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !

Tolle Villa mit (fast) allem was msn braucht

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Motorradfahrern in St. Raphael. Die Unterkunft ließ uns sehr schöne Tage verbringen. 25 Min. zu Fuß bis zur Promenade von St. Raphael, 15 Min. zum Sandstrand (wir haben uns lieber am Pool der Villa aufgehalten). Sehr ruhige Lage, in einem Villenviertel. Eine noch bessere Bewertung würden wir geben, wenn Klimaanlagen installiert wären - bei offenen Fenstern kamen viele Mücken. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder buchen..

gorgeous stay with our family

We hat a wonderful holiday with our family , thank you very much for this warm welcome from our host, nice introduction to all accommodations and attractions. A beautiful house and a large nice palm garden with a very clean pool. We had a great time in Saint Raphael and would like to come next year again. It is a calm nice neightborhood and a short walk to the bakery. The beach is very clean and a great nature surrounding to walk and ride the bicycle. We enjoyed a lot. Best regards to our nice hosts :-))

Familienurluab

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Außenanlage des Hauses war perfekt für uns und der Pool insbesondere für unsere Kinder, aber auch für uns, ein Highlight. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ist aber an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig (das untere Bad - wie auf den Bildern aber im Vorfeld zu erkennen - nicht sehr einladend) Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Es hat uns in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt. Saint Raphael ist insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort und genau wie zahlreiche umliegende Dörfer und Städte eine Reise wert. Die umliegenden Strände waren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar und sehr schön. (Der nahegelegenste Strand hat uns nicht so gut gefallen) Hafen und Städtchen einfach nur klasse. Wir können das Haus und den Ort definitiv empfehlen und uns auch vorstellen wieder zu kommen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wonderful Ste Raphael Lou Mazet

Amazing stay. The photos do not do this property justice! Very spacious rooms, amazing balcony with view of the sea and pool. The pool is huge and very much welcome in the heat. Quiet area but very close to local bakers (walking distance) and 5 minutes to supermarket. Close to the lovely beaches of Frejus and Ste Raphael. Excellent communication with Victoria who answered immediately. Nice touch of soap and shampoo in every bathroom and a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge. Every room had a large fan which was needed with the temperatures reaching mid 30. Amazing house - one of the best we have stayed in since visiting this area and renting villas for over 10 years Thank you for having us we will be returning

Lovely villa. Well placed

Lovely villa. A little tired in places. Could do with being better equipped. ( no bowls for salad presentation and no champagne flutes and glasses in general) I would also recommend at least one full length mirror in the upstairs bedrooms. This villa is well placed on the south coast. There is easy access to all the great places. 20 mins to walk down to the harbour and a 7 min drive to the nearest Lidl.

Great holiday

We enjoyed the quiet location and the outside areas particularly as the weather was superb and we ate outside. The shower outside our bedroom was excellent although the other shower could be updated. The shutters opening onto the terraces from the bedrooms were great. The swimming pool was large enough and the sun loungers were used extensively. One small caveat is the quality of the pillows- too hard and too small. All 4 of us could have done with 2 pillows each. We walked into town each day but were not averse to a taxi back as the return journey is uphill!!! We had a very good holiday here

De woning was heel proper. We werden vriendelijk onthaald door Alexandra. Victoria liet op voorhand weten dat zij er niet zou zijn. We kregen per mail alle info rond de woning alsook een bundel met wandelingen en de stranden. Het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. De woning bleef fris zonder airco. De woning kan wel hier en daar wat opgefrist worden. Zeker aan de buitenkant. Aangenaam verblijf !
