For lovers of running, hiking or mountain biking, access to the Estérel trails is less than 1 km away.
A small shopping center offering all the services (mini-market, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, pharmacy, doctor ...) is accessible on foot in 15 minutes.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Valerie sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar, was besonders hervorzuheben ist, ist, dass die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Wir waren mit sieben Personen vor Ort und haben jeden Tag gekocht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und vor allem besticht es durch eine ruhige Nachbarschaft. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Valerie sehr empfehlen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Villa entspricht in allem den Erwartungen. Viel Platz, in der Küche alle Geräte die es braucht um sich selber zu versorgen. Sogar ein zweiter Kühlschrank für Kaltgetränke, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist.

Beautiful authentic villa in quiet neighbourhood

We received a warm welcome from the owners, who are very supportive and communicate well.The next day they brought a new parasol at their own initiative. The house is located in a nice quiet neigbourhood. It has spacious bedrooms with excellend climate control, and a very well equiped kitchen.It has a lovely garden and a cristal clear pool. We had a great week!

our holiday was fantastic. The villa beautiful and exactly what we wanted from an original Provencal home. All our family (8 adults and two infants) loved the pool and the gardens. Would recommend especially for a longer stay. Valerie ,our host, was very nice and did everything she could to make our stay a success.

Grosses Haus , ruhige Umgebung

Wir haben zwei erholsame Wochen mit der ganzen Familie , 6 Erwachsene und 4Kinder, in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz , drinnen wie draussen. Grosse Zimmer, und Badezimmer, einen grossen Wohnbereich so wie eine grosse gut ausgestattete Küche. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles wahr sehr sauber und funktionell. Auch draussen und am Pool hatte es genug Platz für alle Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Auch hatte es genug Parkmöglichkeiten , wir waren mit 3 Autos da. . Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin , merci Madame Valérie, hat super geklappt , sehr freundlich , sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer sofort geantwortet. Wir können diese Haus nur empfehlen. Schöne Tage in Frejus

Großzügiges, gemütliches Haus! Von der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche geht man direkt zur Terrasse, wo sich ein Sitzplatz für 8 Personen unter einem schattenspendenden Blätterdach befindet. Von der Terrasse gelangt man zum gut gewarteten Pool (kindersicher abgeschlossen, genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme). Die Umgebung wirkt nicht wie eine Feriensiedlung, eher wie ein gutsituiertes, ruhiges Wohnquartier in typischer Mittelmeerlandschaft. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit!

Les propriétaires très sympa. La maison est très bien équipée et ce trouve dans une rue très calme. Les plages sont facilement accessibles en voiture. Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 ado.

Check in en retard a 14h au lieu de 11h. Demande d'aide pour l'installation du lit bébé c'est a dire le passer par la fenêtre pour l'installer dans la chambre du bas emplacement initialement indiqué dans l'annonce. Fuite sur le toilette du haut qui ne sera pas utilisable de la semaine (tres gênant). Bruit de travaux toute la semaine sur la maison voisine en construction.(très gênant) Bruit du chien du voisin jusque tard dans la nuit. Téléphone qui sonne constamment dans la maison. Voisin irritant et intrusif pour le stationnement dans la rue et sur la place de l'impasse, les places et les habitudes de stationnement sont contraignants alors que la rue est un environnement publique. Propriétaire entre dans la propriété pour sortir poubelle lors de la location sans nous prévenir en amont. Propriétaire demande de récupérer colis pour eux. Escalier vers le garage dangereux pour les enfants. Villa sympa et emplacement interressant mais plusieurs irritants se sont accumulés lors de notre séjour laissant place a un sentiment mitigé sur la location.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Wir (Erwachsene, Teenager und Kinder) waren alle begeistert von diesem Objekt! Das Haus und auch der Garten/Pool waren sehr sauber und wir verbrachten tolle 11 Tage. Auch die Lage ist optimal. Nur wenige Minuten zu den verschiedenen Stränden und in die Innenstadt und Flaniermeile. Im Grunde ist wirklich alles so wie in der Beschreibung aufgelistet. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern lief super einfach und haben immer schnell eine Rückmeldung bei Fragen erhalten. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.

Vacances agréables malgré maison peu adaptée à la présence de - de 3 ou 4 ans.

Propriétaires très sympathiques et réactifs en cas de nécessité bien qu’ils ne soient pas présents sur place. Piscine agréable. Jolie maison bien équipée mais à noter qu’elle n’est pas du tout adaptée en l’état à la présence d’enfants de moins de 3 ans qui commencent à marcher (2 grands escaliers intérieurs non sécurisés par barrière). Ce point mériterait d’être précisé dans l’annonce. Globalement vacances plutôt agréables.

Ein Traum in Südfrankreich

Dieses Domizil ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit 2 Familien unterwegs. Vier Jugendliche und vier Erwachsene. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage, eingewachsen in einem schönen Garten. Die Vermieter verbringen selber sehr viel Zeit in dem Haus und somit ist es sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Alle Zimmer sind mediterran eingerichtet und bieten genug Raum für 8-10 Personen. Die Umgebung ist abwechslungsreich und bietet viele Möglichkeiten wie joggen, wandern, Tennis spielen, Wassersport oder einfach faulenzen am sehr schönen Pool mit Blick in ein Wäldchen. Die Nähe zu Cannes oder Nizza sollte genutzt werden um Eindrücke zu sammeln. Am Abend gibt es durch die Nähe zur Stadt viel Abwechslung. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Die Ruhe suchenden, sowie auch die Nachtschwärmer.
