  • A modern villa, in Provencal style with heated pool and air conditioning.

    The Villa has a beautiful south facing terrace with a porch overlooking a large pool with turquoise waters and a landscaped garden populated with bamboo and exotic vegetation.

    The residence is quiet and secure.

    The view is clear. It is located in residential and wooded area, near the golf courses.

    A private exit of the residence gives direct access to the massif of Estérel, for hiking and mountain biking.

    Welcome to this enchanting dream setting.

    Modern Bastide of 158 m² located in a secure area in Valescure, the most popular area of Saint Raphael, both quiet and green.

    South-west oriented, the house is welcoming.

    The living room and the kitchen open directly onto the swimming pool and the landscaped garden.

    It is 4 km from the large beach of Agay, easily accessible by a country road that will lead you to a large free parking 30 m from the beach.

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour!La villa dispose de tout ce que l'on a besoin, la propreté est irréprochable, le calme est constant, aucun vis à vis et un jardin avec une diversité de plante très bien entretenu pour le bonheur des yeux!Pour finir, la climatisation silencieuse pour un repos complet.Je conseille vivement cette villa pour ceux qui recherche calme et repos!Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes !

Sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa liegt in einer privaten Wohnanlage, sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der große Garten ist, genauso wie die Villa sehr gepflegt. Ein beheizter großer Pool und eine schöne, zum Teil überdachte Terrasse tragen zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Sascha und Familie

Wunderschönes Haus!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer sehr gepflegten Umgebung. Der Pool ist sogar größer, als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben einen tollen Urlaub genossen!
