Property Summary
Situated 1.5 km from the center of Agay and 9 km from Saint Raphael, France, the villa "Reves de Rives" is a stunning two-story detached property with a main house and outbuilding. The vacation rental features a well-kept terraced garden, a fenced property spanning 1,100 square meters, and a seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 50 - 190 cm) available from January 1st to December 31st, complete with an alarm system. Enjoy the terrace and garden furniture, as well as parking for up to three cars on the premises. The villa also boasts a burglar alarm system for added security.

Unit Layout

The property is a 5-room house spanning 150 square meters across two levels. It offers a bright and tastefully furnished living/dining area with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, satellite TV with international channels, and a hi-fi system. The living area opens to a terrace. There is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), a bathroom, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is a studio with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, which also leads to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with 5 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with access to the garden. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. The upper floor houses one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, with access to a balcony, as well as another bedroom with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and a balcony exit. There is also a shower and a separate WC on the upper level.

Wonderful Place with Amazing View

The property was a wonderful oasis on a stunning part of the Cote d’Or coastline. With lovely cool aircon in every bedroom, we all slept so well even though it was as hot as an oven outdoors. Agay is a lovely quiet bay on a busy coast and has everything needed for all types of activity, from dining on the beach, boat or jetski rentals; and is a short drive to Saint Raphael hot spots!
