This gîte is certified "Accueil Vélo" (Cyclists Welcome). Peaceful and surrounded by greenery, at the entrance to the village, it's a traditional stone farmhouse in the Franche-Comté region. In an open park, this charming country house features a covered terrace and a shed for bicycles, strollers, etc. Completely renovated, it offers serenity with its warm, colorful, and refined interior. "La Charmille" is a lovely detached house, not overlooked, offering on the ground floor: an entrance hall, separate WC, fully equipped kitchen, living room with flat-screen TV, a double bedroom (140/190 cm bed) and its own shower room (walk-in shower, WC). Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140/190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90/200 cm joined together), and a shower room (walk-in shower, WC).
Outside: covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private grounds.
Utilities not included: Wood stove, firewood €30 per week. Electric heating (8 kWh included per day). Additional electricity consumption: €0.25/kWh.
Bed linens are included and beds are made upon arrival. The bedroom has a private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) on the ground floor, and there is a separate toilet with a sink in the entrance hall.
The keys will be given to you by the owner upon your arrival.
