Saint Valery sur Somme

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 3 day stay. The property is brilliantly located in the middle of town with restaurants, shops and bakery all within a couple of minutes. A great base for exploring the local area. The property is well equipped and very comfortable. There is paid parking near the property. Our elderly uncle did find the stairs very steep so the house is not very suitable with those with limited mobility.

Das Haus gehört zum Stadtzentrum und obwohl es folglich alt ist, ist es toll in Schuss. Man muss nur wissen, dass das Treppenhaus eng ist und man keinen festen Parkplatz hat, weil es eben mitten im Stadtkern liegt. Wir haben aber die VorzĂŒge dieser Lage sehr genossen. WĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Top locatie met prachtig uitzicht

De accommodatie heeft een mooie en praktische ligging. Prachtig uitzicht op de baai en toch midden in het centrum. Zelfs voor laden en lossen van de wagen (parkeren) is er voldoende plaats. Huisje is ruim en voorzien van alles. Genoeg privacy als je met verschillende koppels bent. Ondanks de verplichte kost voor het schoonmaken was de accommodatie niet echt proper bij aankomst.

Agréable séjour dans un joli logement. Accueil personnalisé apprécié dÚs notre arrivée et à notre départ. Logement tout équipé avec dosettes lave-vaisselle, machines à laver, torchons et linges de lit, un réel plus. Seul petit inconvénient une douche pour 8 personnes, il suffit juste d'un peu d'organisation ;)

Schönes Haus in bester Lage

Wir haben 10 Tage in Saint Valery sur Somme verbracht. Das Haus liegt absolut zentral und ist toll ausgestattet. Man kann viel unternehmen und trotzdem gut entspannen.

Séjour St Valéry

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans une jolie région. Petit problÚme concernant la télévision qui n'a jamais fonctionné pendant notre séjour. L'emplacement reste exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Somme.

Une maison trĂšs chaleureuse oĂč l’on se sent tout de suite trĂšs bien. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et idĂ©alement bien situĂ©e au cƓur de Saint Valery. Les Ă©changes en amont avec les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs faciles et ceux-ci sont trĂšs accommodants sur les heures de dĂ©part et d’arrivĂ©e. Un grand merci Ă  eux ! L’endroit parafai pour profiter de la baie de Somme en famille.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Maison trÚs agréable dans un emplacement parfait, spacieuse et trÚs bien équipé. Des petites soucis avec la télé ont été prise en compte rapidement pour le responsable de la location, toujours disponible et nous a également donné des conseils trÚs pertinents. On reviendra!

Maison magnifique, mobilier, déco de trÚs bon goût ! C'est trÚs fonctionnelle et trÚs bien équipée. La maison est propre, si il y a quelque chose à redire.. juste un peu trop lumineuse. Bien située, boulangerie, restauration à proximité, au top. TrÚs bon échange avec le propriétaire et les personnes qui nous accueillent. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Beautiful period property in heart of town

What a beautiful home in the very centre of Saint Valery. All mod cons, very well presented, we wanted for nothing. If you wish to visit the area this is a great base, short drive to beaches in Cayeux-sur-Mer, Le Crotoy, as well as the lovely nature reserve at le Marquenterre. Will defo be returning to the area. Given area four stars as parking is a challenge, there is no free parking in the town from March to November so during peak season be prepared, you can play the system and just pay overnight and for a few hours in the morning, then go out of town for the day. Otherwise you will pay €25 per day. Don’t let this put you off this beautiful home, just be aware.

Cette maison concilie des opposĂ©s, ce qui y rend le sĂ©jour fluide et harmonieux : au cƓur de la rue commerçante (et quels commerces !) elle est trĂšs calme et constitue un bon point de dĂ©part pour des ballades dans la nature ; ouverte sur la baie dont la vue changeante est un rĂ©gal, elle est aussi trĂšs intime ; trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, moderne, elle s'ancre dans l'histoire de la baie par sa dĂ©co rĂ©tro, soignĂ©e et raffinĂ©e . L’ambiance y est authentique ; nous regrettons seulement de n’avoir pas pu en profiter avec toute notre famille, le lieu se prĂȘtant parfaitement Ă  des retrouvailles chaleureuses oĂč chacun, contemplatif ou sportif y trouve son compte .Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs flexibles, leur accueil est gĂ©nĂ©reux : un grand merci pour leur confiance !

fantastic family home

Excellent service, the accommodation was excellent, warm, cozy and plenty of space. We did not experience any problems and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was excellent attention to detail and the accommodation was modern (with character) and clean Thoroughly recommend this property. Ideal location on high street near parking.
