Hôtel complet rien n’a été anticipé !

Cela fait 3 ans que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel pour les vacances de février. Cette année le personnel bien que toujours agréable , était débordé ! L’excuse était que l’hôtel était complet ! Bref niveau direction rien n’a été anticipé avec un hôtel complet pour assurer les prestations d’un hôtel 4 étoiles . Chambres faites à moitiés, bar du rez de chaussé fermé la plus part du temps à l’heure de l’apéritif !par manque de personnel. Le directeur a changé et cela se ressent , dommage car le prix lui n’a pas changé !

Très bon séjour de 2 jours , dommage que lors de l’apéritif au Rez de chaussée la cheminée ne soit plus alimentée. Pas de cheminée au restaurant en panne. Petit déjeuner, pas assez de produits bio Fruits, salade de fruits (pommes avec peau, dommage Concernant l’accueil , tout était parfait , gentillesse pour le personnel chambres très propres .

Superbe expérience

Super séjour dans cet hôtel . Le petit dejeuner est très bien , le restaurant avec une terrasse près des pistes , le parking , la piscine intérieure ( qui mérite qques degrès en plus ) , les chambres , et surtout l'efficacité et gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel . Très bon confort dans cet hotel où nous étions logés à 2 en suite junior avec chambre en mezzanine et terrasse avec transats et chaises face à l'eglise et la montagne. Nous avons profité de l'espace bien-être avec piscine intérieure et extérieure, jacuzzi et sauna (le hammam etait hors service). Très bonne prestation de petit-déjeuner et restaurant bistronomique. L'hôtel est au coeur de St Véran avec toutes les commodités.

Séjour sans fausse note . L’acceuil, le confort et la propreté sont irréprochables . Merci Justine. La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse . L’espace détente a besoin d’un rafraîchissement et la salle de sport ouvre ses portes trop tardivement à mon goût ( 7h30 au lieu de 8h30 ce serait parfait.

Hôtel très sympa, aux pieds des pistes. Petit problème de draps en arrivant mais vite réglé par un personnel disponible et très agréable. Petit bémol côté restaurant, longue attente, peu de choix pour les végétariens ( surtout que nous sommes restées une semaine)

Décevant pour ce magnifique hôtel

Bel hôtel, magnifique village et superbe vue et emplacement. Mais mauvaises surprises : pas d'eau chaude pendant 24 heures (douches glacées), boissons offertes seulement valables jusqu'à 18h30 mais personne pour servir au bar à l'entrée à 18h, plateau de courtoisie complété le lendemain seulement pour une personne ? Excuses du personnel d'ailleurs très sympathique et compétent mais aucune prise en considération de la Direction, même le lendemain !

Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles

Personnel accueillant et hôtel propre mais : Wifi fonctionne 1 fois sur deux - les serviettes sont changées 1 seule fois. Le mini- bar rempli aléatoirement. Côté service, aucun management des saisonniers, certes gentils mais sans expérience. Il faut réclamer pour se faire servir et on vous demande 3 fois votre numéro de chambre. Le petit déjeuner très bon mais tables vides non débarrassées. Il faut réclamer du pain, des assiettes ou de l'omelette. Personne ne vérifie. 1 seul jacuzzi pour 4 personnes sur une capacité de touristes de 150 personnes. Donc pas disponible. Piscine froide. Nous ne sommes pas les seuls à nous plaindre. Donc un hôtel qui ne mérite pas son prix et ses 4 étoiles.

Très bon séjour, conforme aux attentes. Chambre spacieuse, restaurant de qualité, et petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Vigilance sur la propreté des chambres. Hammam non fonctionnel malgré plusieurs signalements. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir boire un verre à la piscine (peu de personnel). Vue magnifique.
