The room was clean. Curtains were unhooked and falling down. In the bathroom, the basin tap was very loose and the plug didn’t work for the bath - it wouldn’t drain. Had to request a room clean when we went out for dinner as it hadn’t been done.

Check on was great, quick and friendly. Room was big and very clean. Parking was underground and tight to get in and low ceilings and pretty expensive on top of room rate. Nice room. Limited parking. Laundry is for the building’s permanent residents only. For the receptionist to check with staff that yes, rooms were clean/ready, and then tell me that I couldn’t check in until 3 pm anyway felt like a micro aggression.
