Fantastic house with swimmingpool

We had A lovely vacation in Martinique. The house is really spacious and all comfort you need. The outside terras is fantastic. The garden is full with tropical plants and kolibries. The swimmingpool is very Nice ans clean. The bedrooms are spacious, the airconditioning works well. The badrooms can be A little more updated. The Area is a good place to discover all the beaches in the south of the island. The supermarkt is closeby. I would book it again.

Séjour magnifique et ressourçant !La villa est très agréable, idéalement située dans la ZAC Pont-Café où nous avons plaisir à revenir depuis plus de 10 ans. La piscine est un vrai atout pendant les fortes chaleurs de l’été. La maison, parfaitement équipée et fonctionnelle, offre tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, au calme, dans un cadre splendide. Les commerces sont proches et les plus belles plages du Sud de l’île accessibles à pied.Une expérience à renouveler dès que possible !

Très belle maison avec jardin tropical et jolie piscine. Immense terrasse couverte Propreté impeccable. Meublée et décorée avec goût et matériau de qualité. Literie confortable. Vaisselle, linge en grande quantité Lotissement très calme à proximité immédiate commerce et plages à pieds Un tout petit bémol sur la chambre parentale trop proche de la terrasse du voisin qui est parfois bruyant.

Bel agencement et situation

Nous avons apprécié la maison située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et néanmoins proche de la plage, commerce de proximité et des voies principales. La maison est très bien configurée et entretenue. La vue sur le Diamant depuis la terrasses visitée par les colibris offre un havre de paix. La cuisine est bien équipée et le lave linge un atout.

Maison magnifique, conforme aux photos, tres bon confort, extérieur tres agréable. Emplacement privilégié, plages,supérette a proximité et à pied. Le bourg de Ste Luce très proche et la route qui dessert l'île idéale pour visiter. Adresse à conseiller absolument.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons séjourné en couple avec nos deux enfants de 10 et 13 ans. La maison est spacieuse et bien aménagée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'espace extérieur est vraiment très agréable et la piscine assez grande pour s'amuser. A recommander sans hésiter.

Superbe!

Magnifique maison spacieuse et très bien agencée! Les 3 chambres climatisées sont grandes, fonctionnelles et équipées de dressing. La cuisine est grande et très très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien! Que dire de la terrasse.... nous y avons passé de merveilleuses soirées, accompagnés d'accras de morue et de planteurs! Avec une vue sur le rocher du diamant dont on ne se lasse pas! Le quartier est très calme, aucune nuisance durant notre séjour. La maison est très bien située, proche du bourg de sainte Luce, village de pécheur authentique de la Martinique! Notre séjour à été fantastique!

Très bon séjour dans cette villa , proche de la plage et du centre de Sainte Luce . La petite supérette est pratique. Calme et intime grâce à sa bonne disposition. Très propre et bien entretenu , le plus la piscine avec vu sur le Diamant.

Jolie maison dans un bon emplacement

Maison agréable, bien équipée, très bon emplacement, à 5 min à pieds de la plage et d’une supérette, restaurations à 5 min en voiture. Proche de la nationale pour les déplacements dans d’autres communes.
