Great location - inaccurate listing

Mainly okay. An old and tired property with adequate appliances but no kettle and with a great but rather neglected pool. The surroundings are amazing - beaches and villages and great produce from local shops with remarkable restaurants and St Tropez in the vicinity and great excursions to villages beaches and vineyards. Beware - although not stipulated anywhere - no linen or towels are provided or accessible - we shopped for them! The pillows and mattress covers in two rooms were pungent and unkempt and resisted washing. Being informed that a parasol is broken and not going to be your responsibility at check in with the local host isn’t reassuring. We fixed it sewed up the torn canopy. It’s poor and disappointing for a property of this cost, rating and definite potential. Although the owner was emailed via the Vrbo portal no response was forthcoming.

Great location and pool

Reception by and communication with Marie Claire was very good. House is old and quite basic, not luxurious. But outside the living is great with the large pool and the sunbeds in the beautiful garden. Walking distance to the beach (800 meters). House could really use some renovations (and Wifi) inside but the price was allright.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille ( 3 enfants de moins de 10 ans) Nous n avons manqué de rien dans la maison Maison propre , conforme à la description, très agréable terrasse au bord de la piscine Emplacement au top , proche de la plage et des commerces , je recommande vivement ☺️

Die Lage ist hervoragend,nah am strand und der war super. Das Haus und der Pool sind alt und ungepfleg oder devekt. Poll wird nur 1 mall pro woche Gereinigt und Lampen fallen raus/platten fehlen.

Proche de la mer, belle piscine, dans une résidence calme, mais les installations et les équipements de la villa sont quelque peu obsolètes, et le samedi soir on entendait les animations du camping ou de l'hôtel d'à côté comme si ça venait de chez le voisin (de 19h à plus de 23h).

Bel emplacement, très proche de la plage : 10 mn à pieds. Belle piscine et beau terrain. Commerces à proximité. Pas de Wi-Fi. La maison est confortable, mais la déco est datée. Le ménage est plus typé sud que suisse... ;-)

Toller Urlaub

Wir mussten zwar erst das Objekt suchen, nachdem die Hausnummer nicht korrekt war, fanden aber gleich sehr hilfreiche, nette Nachbarn. Wir waren angenehm überrascht, dass das Ferienhaus freundlicher und etwas moderner war als auf den Fotos! Wir waren 2 Familien, jede hatte ihren "eigenen Bereich" mit je zwei Zimmern und jeweils einem Bad. Der Pool war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber! Zum Strand und zum Supermarkt kann man gut zu Fuß hingehen. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen!

Falsche Anschrift, Hausnummer war leider falsch ! Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr gute Aufteilung für 2 Familien, allerdings war die Ausstattung etwas spatanisch, es fehlten z.B Auflagen für die Liegen, die z.T leider auch etwas kaputt waren, der Garten hätte etwas gepflegter sein können ! Der Pool war traumhaft ! Insgesamt haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in La Croix Valmer verbracht ! Wer einen etwas naturbelasseneren und nicht ganz so überfüllten Strand haben möchte sollte zum Plage de Gigaro am Cap Lardier fahren , deutlich!!! schöner als der direkt vor Ort !

Wunderschönes Domizil in Meeresnähe

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein schönes blickdichtes Grundstück mit einem schönen Pool. Alles was man benötigt zu einem entspannten Urlaub haben wir hier gefunden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Véritable paradis cette villa toute équipée à proximité de la plage. Que du bonheur ! Propriétaire de plus très sympathique. Il ne manque vraiment rien. Les enfants ne voulaient plus repartir... moi non plus d'ailleurs ! Puisque nous ne manquions de rien.

Super séjour! Très jolie maison, spacieuse,bien équipée (barbecue, machine a lavé, lave vaisselle, micro onde, fer a repasser, 2 salons de jardins ...), située à proximité de la plage du débarquement et des p'tits restos sympas .... bref je recommande ! Terrain spacieux, grande piscine, palmiers, mimosas, yucas ...le rêve! Non négligeable, les propriètaires sont facilement joignables.
