Less than 10 minutes from the centre of La Rochelle, this beautiful south-facing 150 m² residence has a large terrace, heated swimming pool (10m x 5m), petanque court (floodlit), large garden with trees and floodlit (+ 2000 m²), parking (3 cars), ping pong table, dart board, etc....
Located in the centre of town, all shops are within walking distance.
The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds, including two suites with en suite bathrooms and large storage cupboards.
A total of 3 bathrooms (one with bath and shower) and 3 WCs.

A fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room and a veranda.
Outside, on the garden side, a large south-facing terrace with a sheltered area (pergola) for lunch/dinner,
