"The hotel is near train station and have lot of restaurants near by. Very convenient for travel and dining. Rooms are good and service was nice. I would not book anywhere other than this place for my next trip."

"We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and staffed by professional, courteous and attentive team members across the board. The rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards and serviced daily without needing to request housekeeping. Complimentary water is provided, and the hotel takes recycling seriously, which we appreciated. The spa was a standout experience. The staff were highly skilled, professional and clearly very experienced. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and calm. The concierge, front desk, doormen and bell staff were consistently helpful with questions, directions and transportation. The hotel is conveniently located near a train line, making it easy to get around, and taxis are always readily available. If you are looking for a comfortable, roomier hotel with excellent service, this is a great choice. The only note is that the hotel attracts many international travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Service was great, the hotel was very close to the train station and convenience stores. They had all the amenities and more that you could need. They also have a direct bus to and from the airport. "

"Staff of hotel were great and helpful to give us advices about the hotel stay. Communication is good as they all speak english. The room is clean and well maintained. They replenish bottles of waters once we completed. The location is great for visitors especially if you arrive at late night. Plenty of places to eat. On the first floor, the hotel connects to 7/11 store. U don't need to get out to get things from the store. there are several nice restaurants with reasonable prices. A short walk to Shinjuku station from B13 exit. Very convenient. "

"Rooms and lobby are always spotless. It was nice to see our room to be so full of space, especially when it came to the room to be the cheapest option. And breakfast was amazing, it was plentiful despite crowds. Though, my partner and I find ourselves enjoying the variety of options everyday of our stay here. "

"Great location. Less than a block from Ryogoku station. This neighborhood has to s of sumo history and interesting restaurants owned by some of the wrestlers. We felt safe all the time. "
