"The room is really clean and equipped with microware, washer and dryer and stove. It is like living at home. The location is very convenient between 2 metro stations and food and shops are with 3 mins walk. Staff is very well communicated. The one bedroom design is great for family staying. Will definitely repeated when coming back to Japan again."

"I was very pleased with the front desk. Staff who were always pleasant and extremely helpful whenever I needed a favor or whenever I had a question. One example is when we required a taxi that was large enough to carry five passengers plus all of the luggage; the wonderful person at the front desk who helped us stayed on the phone for several minutes until both the taxi company and we were satisfied. That is just one of the many things that we were very happy with. The only disappointment we had was that we were never able to get reservations for the breakfast buffet nor for the lunch buffet; it was probably due to the fact that our requests where so last minute, but that was necessary because of the fact that we were so busy that it was difficult to find a day and a time when all of us were available. I highly recommend this hotel."
