My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for.

One of the best hotel in Lombok, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a must try! The food always exceed my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I came to the hotel for its beach and the facilities but I stayed for the restaurant.

不值得再次入住
上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。
