"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"Breakfast was traditional Japanese faire, which was delicious and changes every day. They had 3 family onsens that you could use with your children. That was quite fun for the children. The staff was attentive, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. Our room had a bath fed by hot spring water so we could then soak in the comfort of our room. All in all, a wonderful experience"

"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "
