We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back. We loved the food, the staff and the excellent facilities. The room was very clean and the in room coffee was much appreciated. Another highlight was the beach bar, the sundowner sessions were excellent, especially the live music.

Wonderful stay for us as a couple, really high standards and staff were great. Loved the food and facilities so worth the money we paid. Room was a little basic, could have done with better products in the bathroom and the TV didn’t work great for instance, but fine in reality.

The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a nice walk along the promenade to Santa Maria which takes about 10-15 minutes. The staff are very friendly and work tirelessly entertaining the guests. The food is tasty and presented nicely. I'd definitely recommend the cocktails

No words can describe how wonderful our experience was at this hotel after Murdeira Village resort cancelled our booking on arrival, Robinson Resort were so incredibly kind and helpful and treated us like royalty after a stressful experience we had and they went out of their way to accommodate to the situation we were in during the fully booked Christmas period and made our Christmas so memorable. Special thanks to Olessya and all the staff at the hotel for everything they did for us . Cannot recommend this hotel enough , the quality of the food , service and entertainment and standard of the rooms is incredible. Thank you

Room was clean and comfortable. Screen door allowed me to sleep with the air off and listening to the winds blow thru the palm trees. Very relaxing. Food was good with plenty of options and beach also nice. Not a fan of the wind blockers around all the beach loungers' as it blocks the view and people are right next to each other. I like my space. Overall, I had a great time and enjoyed the resort.

Had a fantastic experience at this resort. Service was impeccable. Amenities were top-notch. Food was very good and exceeded expectations. I was not familiar with Robinson Club prior to this experience. This discovery was an incredible suprise.

Sauberkeit Zimmer: war nicht jeden Tag gleich sauber. Aber in den meisten Fällen gut. Personal: ist abgebrüht, Freundlichkeit an der Bar, Rezeption lässt teils zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück: sehr gut, auch immer mit frischen Fruchtsäften. Nur die Vogelplage ist ein Problem. Strandblick: Strand, Meer hervorragend. Aber immer windig und im Meer ist es nicht immer möglich zu baden (zu hohe Wellen, rote Flacke)

Le vrai point fort de l’hôtel reste clairement le personnel : souriant, attentionné, professionnel et toujours disponible. On sent une vraie implication des équipes dans tous les services, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et une excellente ambiance générale. L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu, avec une belle plage et une atmosphère agréable et détendue. Les repas étaient variés et de bonne qualité, et les espaces communs sont très réussis. Petit axe d’amélioration toutefois : il serait appréciable de proposer plus facilement certains équipements pratiques en chambre, comme un fer et une table à repasser, surtout pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Globalement, une très belle expérience que nous recommandons avec plaisir.

Très bel hôtel. Les équipements sont top. Coté nourriture on s’est régalé, large choix, cuisine variée et délicieuse. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren vorher im Melia Liana, hat sogar einen Stern mehr. Kann dem Robinson aber nicht das Wasser reichen. Auf keiner Ebene. Das Essen im Robinson setzen wir sogar auf Sterne Niveau. Nur meine Waage fand das nicht ganz so gut. Von den Zimmern, über das Wellness, Personal und Sportangebot ist alles perfekt. Die Anlage ist auch nicht so groß, wie alle anderen drum herum, hier fühlt man sich als Gast wahrgenommen und ist nicht nur einer von vielen. Wer einen perfekten Urlaub möchte, sollte lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und in das Robinson Hotel gehen.
