Amazing stay

Fantastic accomodation for extended families. We had 4 families all staying together for a significant birthday celebration. It was perfect, everyone had their own bathroom faculty and the house was very clean with everything you could think of supplied. The lift was fantastic for the more elderly family members that were less mobile, highly recommend.

Amazing staycation

Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful little escape with the family, enjoyed every bit of making memories, the location and the house were breathtaking woke up to some dolphins on the bay, really felt like home away from home, very accommodating and highly recommended.

Great family getaway

Property was amazing for an extended family getaway. The multiple living areas made it easy and enjoyable. My only comment for improvement would be to give the floors a really good clean.

Unfair

We stayed for 4 days and on the 1st day a massive tile fell off the house onto the pool. Luckily no one was in the pool at the time otherwise we would have been dead! We called and no one cared or contacted us all they told us to do was not use the pool which is what we rented the house for. Only got 500 dollars back which wasn’t enough for us

Beautiful home with breathtaking views

We were blown away by the view when walking into the top level of the house. Every space in this home was beautiful! Would love to stay again in summer to make use of the gorgeous pool!

The worst experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unprofessional crew, slow response, too much rules and fines, creating difficulties to us because of the deposit and getting back deposit need to follow up them before they can give back the deposit.

Bluewater Splendour

Great house...and we couldn't believe the amazing views!! We were thankful for the lift as well when carrying things to the bottom level. We did notice that our feet were black after walking around barefoot in the house even on the first night when we hadn't been anywhere. There was also a chip packet left on the floor next to the couch on the middle level. We think the floors definitely need more attention - thorough vacuum and mop. The rest was very clean :). All beds comfy and great bathrooms. For 12 people we could have done with another roll of toilet paper per bathroom. 1.5 rolls in each bathroom wasn't enough. The day we arrived it was really hot, but the pool temperature was 37 degrees which was way too hot to swim in. I called the number given to me to ask how to turn down the heating, the person I spoke to said they'd find and call me back, I never heard back regarding this. Overall a lovely experience in the house..lots of areas to spread out :)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a well-presented house with a lovely pool and stunning views. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Aldi coffee machine was a disappointment. The duplex is on 3 levels and has a lift, which is not ideal with families. Main beds were comfortable, but the trundles consisted of a very thin piece of foam that could not be called a mattress. The queen sofa bed downstairs had an even less comfortable mattress. The pool was 36 degrees on arrival of a 35 degree day. It took 2 days for it to cool down completely after removing the cover. We were told the pool technician would look at it, we never saw them. There are knick knacks and vases on every surface, again, not ideal with families. Only one oven tray provided. I wouldn’t stay here children again.
