Pacific Blue 278-265 Sandy Pt Rd- Dual Key Access, Wifi, Linen and Air Conditioning

278 Oaks Pacific Blue is a stunning two-bedroom, two bathroom dual key apartment located on the first floor overlooking the Huge Resort Lagoon Pool.

Air Conditioned and stylish plantation shutters are throughout both sides of the apartment. The main apartment living area has a Double Innerspring Sofa Bed and Linen provided (please note that this bed is not made), large Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, wide selection of DVD's, CD player, PlayStation 3 (with games and two controllers), board games and free unlimited Wi-Fi – this apartment has everything you could possibly imagine

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother (BYO pods).

The master bedroom in the main apartment has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player, linen and bed making is also provided. There is an ensuite with a shower, corner spa bath, vanity, toilet and the bonus of a hair dryer for guests convenience.

The second bedroom is located in the open plan, air conditioned Studio Apartment that is fitted with two Long Single Beds that can be joined to make a King Bed with linen supplied and beds made. There is also plenty of reading books, a kitchenette, Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player, ceiling fan, ensuite with hair dryer and private balcony overlooking the pool which makes this perfect for couples or singles. As this area is separate from the main apartment we do not recommend young children to be left alone in the studio.

The apartment offers an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer that has been cleverly concealed in a cupboard next to the kitchen and two off-street car parking spaces.

Oaks Pacific Blue Resort boasts the largest pool in the southern hemisphere that flows around the entire resort, there is also an outdoor spa area and heated lap pool, tennis court (Racquets & Balls provided), gym, and sauna.

Just 400 metres walk to the Salamander Shopping Centre and only 1km to the peaceful, picturesque Roy Wood Reserve which offers BBQ and picnic facilities, shaded grassed areas and a sandy beach that is safe swimming on high tide. Roy Wood Reserve is also one of the best locations in the area to witness the stunning sunsets.

Nelson Bay town centre is only 4km away, you will find boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants, and D’Albora Marina which offers a selection of aquatic activities including the most popular dolphin and whale cruises.

Sheets and bath towels are provided at the apartment with the bonus of having the beds made prior to your arrival.

Please bring your own pool/ beach towels.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great location and facilities

The property is modern and well-maintained. The facilities in the resort were great, our kids enjoyed the spas and the lagoon pool the most but we also had fun playing tennis. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Stunning apartment in gorgeous resort

We have stayed at Oaks before but this was our first time in this apartment. We absolutely LOVED it!! Both apartments are gorgeous, kitchen fully equipped with easy access to pool. Our two kids (10 and 12) stayed in the second apartment, which is not accessible when the outer front door is locked so we felt comfortable with them next door. Loved the spa bath in the room, and the kids spent all day in the massive pool. Walking distance to Salamander Shopping Centre which made grocery shopping easy. Loved our stay!

Well Kept Property

Excellent property and amenities only drawback is that although smoking is not permitted in side and common areas they do permit smoking on balconies which may cause discomfort to non smoking families. Maybe they can have a smoking quarter.
