We were given a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom spa apartment which was very spacious with quality furniture and fittings. The bed was comfy and the property very quiet.

I was extremely concerned with a message left on the bathroom mirror that became visible with the steam after my shower. Very inappropriate and distrurbing.

Very basic for the price point.
For the price point, many other motels are much more equipped. Stayed twice now, neither times the WIFI worked, rooms are very basic and although some renovations have been done, many areas are dated and not super clean.

The staff were extremely helpful. We booked a room for the washer and dryer. It only had a washer so we got upgraded to a room that had both. No questions asked they just looked after our needs straight away. Lovely apartment as well

The renovation to the property was quite good. However, a cut up sponge for the kitchen was not useful. Disappointing with no access to the gym even though it was advertised. A topper for the sofa bed would have made it more comfortable.

The property amenities are basic. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment we were given was a single large open room with kitchen facilities and in other hotels it is in fact a studio. However, the level of cleanliness was good.

My third stay because this hotel has the best showers in Australia. As an added bonus, I needed to go to the train station, asked about a taxi and one of the staff members was kind enough to drive me down. Above and beyond! It’s my go-to in Sale.

It’s hard finding places where my family of six can stay together in one space. This was excellent for that. Communication was excellent, apartment was clean, warm and ready for us. Lovely management guiding us on the best things for us to do in Sale.
