Absolutely charming, beautiful, bright and cheery. It was everything we hoped for and more. Christina and Pepe were perfect hosts, welcoming and available but not intrusive. The home is spacious, especially the kitchen, and we enjoyed relaxing in the plush living area and dining room. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Second amazing stay!

This was our second time to stay here and it was just as great as the first time. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. It's in a great location. Christina is very easy to work with.

Property was as described. Nicely appointed. Conveniently located. It was rainy, so we didn't get to enjoy the back patio. Host lives on property and was attentive without being obtrusive.

Great house and convenient location

This house was perfect for our quick trip to Oregon. Christina was very friendly ahead of time and stopped by to introduce herself during our visit. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. Most importantly, it was in a great location, allowing us to visit the coast, Silver Falls State Park and Multnomah Falls with easy drives. Thanks!

A Wonderful Place

We rented the Farmhouse for my in-laws, who were traveling from Pennsylvania to meet their great-grandchildren for the first time. The location was conveniently accessible for all of us in the Salem, OR, area. The home is absolutely wonderful, offering plenty of space and a comfortable environment. My in-laws, in their 80s, felt safe and well-accommodated here. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a stay in Salem.

Fabulous

We can see why the owners limit the stay to 2 weeks, otherwise we'd never want to leave. We were impressed with the engaging and wonderful hosts! Thoughtful and generous attention to childproofing preparations made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our holiday from the moment we arrived in one of the nicest places we've experienced. The farmhouse is a quality home in a comfortable neighbourhood.

The Farmhouse is super cool!

We really enjoyed staying at the Farmhouse. Close to the WU campus and downtown. Off street parking right next to the House was appreciated. The Farmhouse has the old 1930's charm with all the modern conveniences. I love the old floors and door frames. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a really nice gas stove/oven. Right off of 12th St. but tucked back in so you don't notice any traffic. Best place I've ever stayed in Salem! I hope to stay in the Farmhouse again!

Just what we needed

My husband and I came through with our two teens on a vacation to Oregon. After a few nights hotel-hopping during our travels, walking into this house was a warm welcome. The property was spacious and accommodating. My husband and I took our morning coffee in the quiet, secluded courtyard each day, and cooked meals for the family in the open kitchen. I was also happy to learn it was very close to a main grocery store to get all the food and snacks we needed.

Beautiful home perfect for visiting wine country

This was the most charming property I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect for getting to the Oregon Coast, visiting wineries in Willamette Valley, and hiking at Silver Falls State Park. Christina and Pepe were lovely hosts and made sure we had everything we possibly could need. I really appreciated the small touches they made, like water bottles in the fridge, wonderful smelling essential oils in the bathroom, and they even offered some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The home was clean and beautifully decorated and the backyard was cozy for sipping wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. We could not have enjoyed our stay at this Charming Farmhouse more and I definitely did not want to leave! I can't wait to go back.

Perfect home. Perfect location. Prefect host.

From the first communication, to the booking process, to the home, everything was perfect. We chose this home for its central location to our adult children who live in Salem and Keizer. In town to celebrate a birthday, the kitchen was expansive and well-stocked. Everything we needed to bake the birthday cake. The home has been fully redone with all the modern conveniences. And the host, Christina was great. She sent detailed instructions for check in/out and answered all our questions. We had a chance to meet her during our stay and she was gracious in person as well. Truly a lovely home and a wonderful place for us to stay. Looking forward to renting again soon!

This is an exceptional property. I was hopeful when scrolling through the online images, and decided to book. It's a quiet residential area, and it's true that buildings are fairly close together, off a somewhat busy access street, but once you are inside everything is just as you would wish. Chef's kitchen (I do a lot of cooking so this was so very welcome) with excellent appliances, well stocked for cooking, thoughtfully laid out, good lighting. There are basics in the cupboard if you didn't happen to bring any food, or arrived very late- canned soup, coffee, etc. Very comfortable dining area (thanks for the bottle of wine waiting for us!), as well as living room with comfy cushions, a basket of warm throw blankets, large tv- you will be comfortable! The bedrooms were nicely furnished, each had a closet with thoughtful touches- spare blankets, pillows, hangers, a bathrobe. One bathroom which is nice and spacious, also a downstairs laundry with nice quality washer/dryer. We very much felt like guests in a well appointed hotel, but in a home. Perfect blend! The hosts are friendly and genuinely want you to be relaxed and happy, we will definitely return. We were even treated to fresh eggs and herbs from the garden.Thank you so much.

Wonderful property with gracious hosts

Our whole party really enjoyed our stay at this little farmhouse. It is absolutely charming. The hosts are very gracious and personable. When they found out we would be attending an outdoor event and that it might rain, they left a bag full of old towels and a tarp for our use, in addition to letting is know good places we could get raingear and/or panchos. We loved our stay here and can highly recommend this to others without any reservations. Loved it. Thank you for helping to make our trip something we look back on with such joy in our hearts.

Great home base for our family!

This was a great home base for us to use while visiting family in SE Salem. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and eat at home, being able to do laundry was an added plus so we could go home with clean clothes! The two bedrooms were big enough for us to be able to set-up a pack & play for the baby and a travel bed for our toddler so that we could manage two different nap schedules. There is also storage space in the mudroom and basement that were great for storing suitcases & travel gear out of the way. Christina and her family were great hosts, they even loaned us some swim towels for our kids to do some water activities and let our toddler feed their chickens, which he LOVED. We had a great stay and are already planning for our next visit!

Peaceful Oasis

Cute 1930’s home that has a great charm about it. The home is very close to grocery stores, gas, and restaurants. The house is very roomy. The kitchen is nice and large with plenty of equipment to cook meals. The backyard is shared with the owners who are very friendly. We slept very well on the bed and the couch is very napable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
