Luxurious modern retreat in Downtown w/ pool
Enjoy the refreshing modern styles in this newly renovated guest suite with in-ground pool.
Located half-mile from Salem Hospital makes it a perfect option for traveling medical staff.
Downtown shops and restaurants are less than one mile away, along with River Front Park. About half-mile from the Amtrack train station and the Oregon State Capital Building.
The Guest Suite is located behind the main house. Guests will have total privacy and occupancy of the one bedroom one bathroom unit. Washer and Dryer are available in the unit.
I will be available at all times by phone and occasionally in person. I live in the home next door to the guest suite.
The Grant Neighborhood has many 100+-year-old homes and its a short walk to the State Capital Building and Saturday Market!
Bus Route run at Capital Street just one block away, UBER and LIFT are available at all times.
The driveway is available for parking and is first come first serve. If you need to park on the street during business hours there is a guest Parking pass near the entryway table to use. *Please remember to return it back where you got it before you depart!

Perfect place to stay
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Clean and had everything I needed plus more. It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Oregon.

Great Location
This was a great little place and if you need to be downtown, it's even better. In our case, we needed to be downtown, fast internet for working, and a comfortable place. All those expectations were met very well. Highly recommend.

Perfect!
My husband and I were in Salem for a surgery. This property was perfect for our stay. It all looks brand new. The property was very clean and most importantly very private. Check in was seamless and it was very quiet. I highly recommend👍
