「We got to the home late Wednesday night so first thing Thurs. morning we ventured for coffee. Met the neighbor who was super friendly and guided us to a coffee shop. Home is really large and has lots of sitting area. Backyard is lovely and we walked all over the place. Parking is super close to the home . Love love love this and would stay here again for sure! 」

「The house was beautiful and very clean. I loved the goodies that were left for us as well as the stocked refrigerator and all of the paper products. It was also nice to know that if I forgot something important, like my toothbrush that there were new toothbrushes that I could take. I love the small deck at the front of the house as well as the back deck with a very clean grill that I used. The walk to the beach wasn't that far. I had a great time and will be back.」

「This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. 」

We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. 」
