Gut, aber ausbaufähig für den Preis.

Ruhige Lage, guter Ausblick, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, eigener Parkplatz (für größere Fahrzeuge wie Pickups aber zu klein) Kleine Renovierungsarbeiten von Nöten, bei der Küche lösen sich die auflaminierten Holzapplikationen teils schon ab. Dusche an den Schiebetüren schimmelig oder einfach nur schmutzig? Grillplatz hinterm Haus &quotungünstig" gelegen, keine Reinigungsmöglichkeiten z.B. mittels Drahtbürste vorhanden. Neuanstrich der Fassade würde ich empfehlen für eine strahlendere Erscheinung

Very nice and clean house in very silent environment. Pefect view on the sea. Phantastic terrasse with shadow all day long
