Great cabin!

The area is gorgeous. We had ease to the mountain and to town. We found fantastic restaurants in town and awesome experiences up the mountain. I recommend this cabin for any one's future stay.

Great Location, Cozy and Clean Property

My buddies and I came up for a ski weekend, this property could not have been a better location - right in between Salida and Monarch. The house itself was spacious, and well equipped for dogs, and the hot tub was very nice. Would definitely book this place again.

Perfect location

The property was very comfortable and clean. The location to Monarch Ski mountain was just right. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and lots of room to gather for dinner. We enjoyed the conveniently located, clean hot tub. If we are ever in this location again, I will definitely be staying at this property.

The Perfect Place

Our entire family really enjoyed our stay! This home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We came for a ski weekend, and this home is in the perfect location for an easy drive to Monarch and to town. Beautiful home and beautiful surrounding scenery! We will be back!!!

Sweet cozy space

Loved the Lookout

The Lookout was exactly what my family was looking for this Spring Break. We skied Monarch, hung out in Salida, soaked at Mt. Princeton and relaxed in the hot tub. The area was beautiful. We would definitely come back.

Monarch Crest bike ride

We chose the location because it was very close the end of our Monarch Crest ride along the Continental Divide and down Green Creek trail. The location was clean with nice amenities. Both bathrooms on the ground floor requires some juggling but overall the stay was very pleasant.

Great Location

Great property, excellent location. The property was easily accessible. We were disappointed in the beds as they were very hard. One bed caved in towards the middle. Otherwise, a really nice place to stay.

Summer Stay

The location was central to Monarch and Salida, which is where we wanted to be. The living area was great for our group of 4. Nice deck with great view of the mountains. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed in the master bedroom and it had plenty of room and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was a strong smell of urine in the master br. Not sure if it was from the septic or a past animal. The management co was notified and they were going to address it.

Such a cute cabin

We had a great time staying at the lookout, it was close to Monarch for snowboarding and was just a great setup. They have everything you could need in the kitchen including a huge stock pot and an instapot. We loved the cabins layout and will be back!

Perfect setup near a cute town with easy access to winter activities

Stayed over Christmas with five teen girls and everyone loved it. The town was cute (especially Salida Thrift!), close grocery stores, and some open areas for the kids to play in the snow just up the road. The hot tub was fun each night with all the stars. The septic slowed down some of the showering, dishes and laundry, but not unexpected for all the people. I would recommend The Lookout and would stay again.
